Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Puts 45,340 Promoter Shares Up for Sale

Kathmandu — Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 45,340 units of promoter shares, following the directive of the Nepal Insurance Authority. The sale includes 44,550 units in the name of promoter shareholder Umesh Lal Shrestha and 880 units in the name of Lajana Shrestha.

According to the company, the shares are open for purchase exclusively by existing promoter shareholders. Interested individuals must submit their applications at the company’s central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, within 35 days of the notice.

The company has also stated that if promoter shareholders do not apply within the given timeframe, it will initiate the process to sell the remaining shares to the general public, as per regulatory provisions.
