United Ajod Insurance Puts 19,882 Promoter Shares Up for Sale
Kathmandu — United Ajod Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 19,882 units of promoter shares registered under the name of promoter shareholder Srijana Joshi. The shares have been offered exclusively to the company’s existing promoter shareholders by the directive issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
The company has set a minimum price of Rs 215 per share for the sale. Interested promoter shareholders are required to submit their applications along with the necessary documents to the company’s head office located at CTC Mall, Sundhara, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of the notice.
United Ajod Insurance has stated that if no application is received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the company will proceed with the process of offering the unsold shares to the general public, as per regulatory provisions.
