Protective Micro Insurance Concludes Annual Review and Strategic Planning Seminar for FY 2082/83

Kathmandu — Protective Micro Insurance Limited successfully concluded its two-day annual review and strategic planning seminar for the fiscal year 2082/83. The program was held on Shrawan 16 and 17 (August 1 and  2) at Hotel Royal Villa Shivpuri in Kathmandu and brought together key leadership, including the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, department heads, and branch managers from across the country.

The seminar focused on reviewing the achievements of the previous fiscal year 2081/82 and outlining strategic priorities for the year ahead. A detailed progress report was presented, highlighting the company’s overall growth and successful attainment of its annual insurance premium targets. The program also included comprehensive discussions on ways to strengthen operational efficiency and align with regulatory guidelines.

Chief Executive Officer Naresh Kumar Roka expressed appreciation to the employees for their dedication and outstanding contributions throughout the past fiscal year. He noted that beyond meeting premium targets, the company had made notable improvements in overall performance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

The seminar featured interactive sessions where branch managers and department heads discussed current challenges, especially at the field level. Key topics included expanding digital access, raising insurance awareness, navigating regulatory requirements, enhancing risk management, and introducing new micro insurance products tailored to the needs of underserved communities.

In the concluding session, participants shared experiences and provided strategic inputs to help shape the company’s action plan for the current fiscal year.
