National Life Insurance Concludes Four-Day Annual Branch Managers Conference in Dhulikhel

Kathmandu — National Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its four-day Branch Managers Annual Conference with the theme “Redefining Success” at Hotel Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, Dhulikhel. The event, held under the chairmanship of the company’s Chairperson Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh, aimed to recognize high-performing branches for the fiscal year 2081/82 and set a strategic roadmap for the year ahead.
The conference brought together over 150 participants, including department heads, provincial heads, branch managers, and marketing staff from across the country. In her inaugural address, Chairperson Singh congratulated the branches for meeting and exceeding business targets despite the increasingly competitive environment in the life insurance sector. She expressed confidence that with continued dedication and teamwork, the company’s performance would reach even greater heights in the coming year.
Renowned corporate leader Anil Keshari Shah delivered a motivational session on leadership development, sharing practical insights to enhance professional skills. Additionally, Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director of the Nepal Insurance Authority, provided crucial training on anti–money laundering practices. Emphasizing the growing risk of financial crimes through insurance channels, Sodari urged participants to remain vigilant, monitor suspicious activities closely, and uphold ethical standards to safeguard national interests.
The program also featured recreational activities, including musical performances, tug-of-war contests, and a futsal tournament to foster camaraderie among employees. During the closing ceremony, Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri presented awards to branches that excelled in overall performance, achieved their annual targets, and led in specific business categories.
