Siddhartha Premier Insurance’s Dolakha Branch In-Charge Shirish Basnet Dies in Motorcycle Collision
Kathmandu – A tragic road accident in Dolakha has claimed the life of Siddhartha Premier Insurance’s Dolakha branch in-charge, Shirish Basnet, along with another youth.
The incident occurred on Bhadra 11 at Ramite Danda, Bhimeshwor Municipality-6, when two motorcycles collided head-on. The crash killed 24-year-old Shirish Basnet, a resident of Bhimeshwor Municipality-5 Mati, and 25-year-old Sujan Dahal of Baiteshwor Rural Municipality-3 Chilawne Kharka.
Basnet, who was also the president of the Free Student Union of Gaurishankar Multiple Campus, was elected from ANNFSU. His father, Ramchandra Basnet, is a leader of the CPN-UML and outgoing ward chairperson.
