Protective Micro Insurance Opens New Sub-Branch in Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur

Kathmandu – Protective Micro Insurance Limited has inaugurated a new sub-branch office in Mahendranagar, Bhimdatta Municipality-4, Kanchanpur, as part of its expansion plan for the current fiscal year 2082/83.

The sub-branch was officially opened by Bishnu Prasad Ghimire, Head of the company’s Human Resources Department. The ceremony was attended by officials from local banks and financial institutions, business representatives, stakeholders, and company employees. Speaking at the event, Ghimire emphasized the company’s commitment to providing micro-insurance services to its target group simply and conveniently. He also urged employees to ensure seamless service delivery to policyholders.

Protective Micro Insurance has rapidly expanded its presence in the Far Western Province. The company currently operates six offices in the province, including its main office in Dhangadhi, Kailali, two extension counters, and sub-branches in Lamki (Kailali), Kanchanpur, Dadeldhura, and Darchula.

The company was founded on 12th Poush 2079 BS and licensed by the Nepal Insurance Authority on 29th Chaitra 2079 BS to operate a non-life micro-insurance business. It now operates 34 offices nationwide.
