Liberty Micro Life Insurance Successfully Concludes Annual Convention 2082 in Chitwan

Kathmandu – Liberty Micro Life Insurance Limited has successfully concluded its annual convention, the ‘Liberty Annual Convention 2082’, held from Bhadra 13 to 15 (August 29 to 31) in Sauraha, Chitwan.

The three-day event brought together the company’s directors, senior management, department and provincial heads, branch and sub-branch managers, employees, chief agency managers, agency managers, and top-performing agents. The convention was inaugurated by Chief Executive Officer Ram Kumar Yadav, who welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of the gathering as a platform to reflect on achievements and set future directions.

The first day featured presentations by the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, who outlined the company’s values, goals, strategies, and detailed action plans to achieve its business objectives.

On the second day, the program included intensive training sessions. The Compliance Officer provided training on compliance, anti-money laundering, and the prevention of financing of terrorism-related activities. The Chief Financial Officer conducted a session on financial administration, while the Head of Claims Department presented on claims processes, policies, and regulatory requirements. In a subsequent session, provincial heads shared their respective achievements from the last fiscal year and presented strategies for the current year.

The convention also recognized excellence, with awards and certificates distributed to chief agency managers, agency managers, agents, provinces, branches, sub-branches, and employees who delivered outstanding results in the past fiscal year.

Concluding the residential program, Liberty Micro Life Insurance reaffirmed its commitment to becoming a trusted and leading insurance provider in Nepal, guided by the goals and strategies set during the conference.
