Siddhartha Premier Insurance Urges Policyholders to Submit Pending Claim Documents Within 35 Days

Kathmandu — Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited has called on policyholders who have not yet received payments for claims filed by the end of Ashar 2082 BS to contact the company at the earliest.

According to the company, the claim payment process has been halted as several insured individuals failed to provide the necessary documents required for claim evaluation. To facilitate the pending process, the company has requested such policyholders to visit their provincial, branch, or sub-branch offices, or the central office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, with the missing claim documents.

Additionally, the company has advised the concerned insurance surveyors to coordinate promptly and submit the required documents to assist in claim settlements. The notice further warns that if the insured parties do not establish contact within 35 days, all pending claim files will be closed permanently.
