National Life Insurance Honors Hundreds of Top Agents at Chairperson Club Program
Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited successfully concluded its three-day “Chairperson Club, Training and Honor Program” under the theme Elite Leaders Conclave at Hotel Royal Tulip, Lalitpur. The event recognized and trained 526 outstanding agents who met their performance targets for the fiscal year 2081–82.
The program was held in the presence of the company’s Chairperson, Prema Rajyalakshmi Singh, who distributed Chairperson Club memberships and honored top-performing agents in various categories. She congratulated all achievers for their dedication and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to prioritizing the professional development of its agent network, calling them the driving force behind National Life’s success.
Renowned motivational speaker and former banker Anil Keshari Shah conducted an interactive training session aimed at inspiring agents to enhance their leadership and professional skills. He emphasized that success in any field comes from developing the ability to lead and take initiative.
Additionally, Padam Prasad Sodari, Deputy Director at the Nepal Insurance Authority, provided an informative session on money laundering prevention. He discussed the adverse national and international impacts of illegal financial activities and the measures necessary to mitigate such risks.
During the program, CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri highlighted that the company’s structure, performance, and bonus rates remain strong, adding that significant investments are being made to strengthen the professionalism and capacity of its agents.
As part of the event, seven top-performing agents from across Nepal were specially honored for their achievements in personal code, network, and group business categories. The top three agents in each category received certificates of recognition and cash prizes for their exceptional performance.
The event concluded on a celebratory note with entertainment performances, as the honored agents expressed pride and gratitude for the recognition, pledging to continue their hard work and uphold the company’s values in serving customers nationwide.
