Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Concludes ‘Life Changing Program-2’ in Pokhara

Kathmandu – Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, Gandaki Province, successfully concluded its two-day ‘Life Changing Program-2 (Champions Journey and Mindset Mastery Program)’ at the Himalayan Front Resort in Sarangkot, Pokhara. The program focused on self-development, attitude transformation, and professional excellence, with around 70 agents and employees participating.

Inaugurating the event, Province Chief Saroj Adhikari emphasized that every success begins with the right mindset, noting that the dedication and commitment of Reliable’s agents and employees form the true strength of the company.

Sales Department Head Shailendra Shrestha conducted sessions on customer service, team leadership, and the Insurance Act, highlighting that the insurance business is built on trust and responsibility.

The main attraction of the program was renowned motivational speaker and corporate trainer Raja Babu Shah, who led interactive sessions on “Redesign Your Vision and Achieve Your Goal” and “Mindset Mastery.” He encouraged participants to transform their thinking to bring positive change in both personal and professional life. Participants also prepared vision statements, set achievable goals, and presented practical strategies for growth.

The event concluded with the distribution of certificates and awards to outstanding participants.
