Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Honors Top Agents and Organizes Star Agency Meet-2082
Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company has honored its top-performing agents for their outstanding achievements in the fiscal year 2081/82 while organizing the provincial-level incentive program “Star Agency Meet-2082” in Sudurpaschim Province and the Nepalgunj Region.
The event recognized star agencies that ranked among the top three in categories such as first premium collection, number of insurance policies, and team business. The programs saw enthusiastic participation from agents and company officials, highlighting the company’s continued focus on motivation and professional growth.
More than 300 participants attended the program in Sudurpaschim Province, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shivnath Pandey, Chief Business Officer Gunaraj Shrestha, along with regional managers, area managers, and branch heads. Similarly, over 200 agents and employees took part in the Nepalgunj event, which was attended by Deputy Chief Executive Officer Nirajan Kandel, Chief Business Officer Sandeep Kasaju, and other senior officials.
The program in Nepalgunj featured an inspiring session by trainer Arniko Singh, who conducted training on building skills, confidence, and positive thinking for success in the insurance profession. In Sudurpaschim Province, trainer Syed Afzal Ahmed led sessions focused on effective customer communication, sales improvement, and long-term client relationship building.
Addressing the participants, CEO Shivnath Pandey shared that Sanima Reliance achieved a business volume exceeding Rs 700 crore in the last fiscal year. He emphasized the critical role of agency managers in this success, remarking, “This profession is one of service — a commitment to stand by people in both good and difficult times. It should be carried forward with pride and dignity.”
Deputy CEO Nirajan Kandel also underscored the indispensable role of insurance advisors in the company’s growth, encouraging participants to apply the insights gained from the program to achieve even greater success in the coming year.
