Citizen Life Insurance Concludes Regional Award and Skill Enhancement Programs
Kathmandu — Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully concluded its ‘Award Ceremony and Skill Enhancement Program’ across the eastern, mid-western, and central regions, aimed at fostering motivation, teamwork, and professional growth among its leaders.
The program was organized on Bhadra 21 at Soaltee Westend, Itahari, for the East region; on Kartik 14 at Tiger Palace Resort, Bhairahawa, and Kartik 21 at Tika Resort, Lakeside Pokhara, for the Mid-West region; and on Kartik 22 at Smart Palace, Chabahil, Kathmandu, for the Central region. Each session drew 250 to 360 attendees, including company leaders, officials, and agents.
Designed to strengthen confidence, inspiration, and fellowship among Citizen Leaders, the initiative focused on enhancing sales professionalism and leadership qualities. During the events, the ‘Bronze Club’ qualifiers of the fiscal year 2081/82 were honored, while outstanding performers earning the ‘Hero of the Day’ title were also recognized.
The training sessions were led by the company’s Head of Training Department, Chief Business Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Executive Officer, who inspired participants through engaging, practical discussions.
Adding to the lively atmosphere, renowned folk singer Milan Lama performed during the entertainment segments in Pokhara and Kathmandu, further energizing the participants. The company described the programs as vibrant and highly successful, noting that attendees left motivated and enthusiastic.
Citizen Life Insurance stated that recognizing and rewarding dedicated leaders is a key part of its corporate culture, which values positivity and teamwork. The company also announced plans to host similar programs soon in the Western and Hetauda regions.
