National Life Insurance Honors Top Performers at CEO Club Member Program in Nepalgunj
Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully organized the CEO Club Member Honor Program at Hotel Soaltee Westend in Nepalgunj, recognizing outstanding performers from Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces. The event was chaired by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri, and attended by around 200 insurance agents from both provinces.
During the ceremony, CEO Club Members, National Ratna awardees, and the top three performers in provincial rankings—based on excellence in insurance business through network and personal code—were honored with cash prizes and certificates.
National Life’s Mahendranagar Branch Chief Business Manager, Rajendra Bahadur Chand, was recognized once again as the first-place winner in Sudurpaschim Province for network business. CEO Khatri presented him with the award, acknowledging Chand’s consistent dedication, work continuity, and the company’s strong bonus system and service quality as key factors behind his achievement.
Far Western Province Chief Navin Kishore Bhatta delivered the welcome remarks, highlighting the importance of agent motivation and performance in the company’s growth.
International trainer Bijay Kumar Jha, popularly known as Josh Machine, conducted an engaging training session focused on motivation and insurance sales techniques for participating agents.
The overall program was coordinated and conducted by Sushil Pratap Rana, Head of the Agency Department.
