IME Life Insurance Declares 10.52% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu – IME Life Insurance Company has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82.
A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held today approved the distribution of a 10.52362 percent cash dividend (including tax) based on the current paid-up capital. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Insurance Board and the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
