National Life Completes MDRT Honors and Training Program

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully completed its MDRT Honors and Training Program at Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort, Dhulikhel, under the chief hospitality of the company’s President, Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh, and the chairmanship of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

During the program, a total of 83 agents—including 2 Top of the Table (TOT) members, 4 Court of the Table (COT) members, and 77 MDRT qualifiers—were honored in a grand ceremony. The agents were selected from across the country after achieving the insurance premium targets required for MDRT 2026.

The program was formally inaugurated by the company’s President by lighting a traditional lamp. Participating agents received professional training from internationally renowned trainer Kazim Raza, who shared practical examples aimed at motivating agents in the life insurance business and enhancing their professional skills to ensure continued success in achieving MDRT goals.

Addressing the ceremony, the CEO stated that the company has introduced several new agent-centric initiatives, recognizing the vital role agents play in positioning National Life as a leading insurer. He expressed appreciation for all agents who successfully achieved the prestigious MDRT, COT, and TOT milestones for 2026.

The CEO also encouraged agents participating in the company’s monthly incentive program, “Chase Your MDRT,” which has been launched to further strengthen MDRT production. Additionally, the Tinkune Branch, which produced the highest number of MDRT agents, was specially honored.

Distinguished business leaders present at the event expressed pride in the agents’ dedication and achievements. The program featured entertainment performances, achievement-focused motivational training, and a high-level recognition ceremony.

The company’s Deputy CEO, Smriti Raj Kandel, welcomed the participants, while Deputy General Manager Prajwal Sayami delivered the vote of thanks.
