Kathmandu — Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited has announced its second Annual General Meeting following a decision taken during a board of directors meeting held on March 13, 2026.
According to the company, the General Meeting will be held on April 10, 2026, at the company’s head office located in Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, starting from 3:00 PM.
The meeting will discuss and approve the chairperson’s report presented on behalf of the board of directors. Shareholders will also deliberate on and endorse the financial statements of the former Rastriya Beema Sansthan for fiscal years 2017/18 and 2018/19, including the balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and related schedules along with the auditor’s report.
The Annual General Meeting will also consider a special proposal authorizing the board of directors to make necessary amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association if any recommendations or directives are received from the Government of Nepal or other regulatory authorities.
