Sanima GIC Insurance Announces Dividend, Bonus, and Cash Payout

Kathmandu – The Board of Directors of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited announced a dividend for its shareholders during a meeting held at 3:00 PM on Friday, Falgun 29.

The meeting decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632%, comprising 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend (before tax), from the distributable profit of the previous fiscal year 2081/082 on the current paid-up capital of two billion and one hundred fifty million rupees..

The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and ratification at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting, according to Subodh Lal Shrestha, Company Secretary and Deputy General Manager.
