Sanima Reliance Life Conducts Training on Institutional Ethics and AML Compliance

Kathmandu – Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited has completed a two-day residential training program aimed at enhancing employees’ knowledge and skills in institutional ethics, corporate culture, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
The training, titled “Institutional Ethics and Corporate Culture and Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism,” was attended by Chief Executive Officer Shivnath Pandey, Senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer Rakesh Pokharel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Nirajan Kandel, along with employees from the company’s head office.
Deputy Director of the Nepal Insurance Authority, Padam Prasad Sodari, led a session on money laundering and terrorist financing, while trainers from Synergy Milestone delivered sessions on workplace ethics, compliance requirements, and fostering harmonious relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Addressing the participants, CEO Pandey underlined the company’s commitment to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, stating that compliance with these directives would be strictly ensured across all levels of the organization. He further expressed confidence that the knowledge gained from the program would help employees strengthen workplace relations, respect personal values and norms, and improve overall efficiency.
