Nepal Life Honors Top Agents at Leadership Excellence Award 2026 in Kathmandu
Kathmandu — Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited’s ‘Leadership Excellence Award 2026 is currently underway at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu. The company is hosting the two-day event to recognize insurance agents, branch managers and employees from across the country for their outstanding performance.
More than 600 insurance agents, along with branch heads, employees, marketing staff and departmental heads, are taking part in the event. The company said the program was organized to recognize the contributions of its top-performing personnel and motivate them to achieve even greater results in the coming days.
Running through August 23, the event has brought together high-performing insurance agents from different districts, including both long-serving agents and those who have recently delivered strong business performance.
On the second day of the event, top-performing agents were honored and presented with awards across various categories. Those who met their targets and made significant contributions to the company’s business expansion were recognized for their efforts and achievements — a reflection of the important role agents have played in expanding insurance access among customers and strengthening the company’s business.

Participants said being publicly recognized for their hard work had given them added motivation to perform even better, and that the company’s recognition of high-performing agents could encourage others to work toward their own targets as well.
Through the Leadership Excellence Award, Nepal Life has continued to emphasize leadership, strong performance and consistent effort in the insurance business. The company said the event is helping strengthen its relationship with agents while generating fresh momentum for future business expansion.
Beyond the awards and recognition, the two-day event has featured discussions on the current state and future prospects of the insurance industry, along with presentations on the company’s future strategy. Agents and employees from across the country have also used the occasion to exchange experiences, joining in music and dance as part of the celebration.
Nepal Life said it will continue its efforts to encourage high-performing agents and employees, expand insurance coverage, and provide more effective services to customers.
