SuryaJyoti Life Felicitates Top Agents at Agency Award Night 2026

Kathmandu — SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited organized its “Agency Award Night 2026” in Gwarko, Lalitpur, honoring top-performing agents and agency managers under the theme “Honoring Excellence, Celebrating Achievements.”

The event, attended by around 300 Chief Agency Managers, Star Agency Managers, Insurance Advisers and agents, recognized outstanding contributors to the company’s business growth in FY 2025/26 with trophies, certificates and cash prizes. It also included refresher training and a briefing on the company’s business strategy for the current fiscal year.

Kamal Prasad Ghimire of the Butwal Palpa Road branch was the top performer, winning the SuryaJyoti Ojashwi Ratna Award 2082 in both Self Code and BDI Team Business categories, along with the SuryaJyoti Ratna Award under Self Code Business. Other top awards went to categories including MDRT Global Conference 2027 Qualifiers, Product Ambassador Contest, Chairman Club and Best Agency Team of the Year, with the Butwal Palpa Road and Damauli branches also honored.

CEO Prakash Bikram Khatri highlighted priorities of expanding agent networks, improving service quality and strengthening policyholder trust, noting the company’s growing use of technology, including its mobile app. Chairman Keshav Prasad Bhattarai thanked agents, employees and stakeholders for their support and urged continued teamwork to build SuryaJyoti Life into a stronger, more reliable insurer.
