General Meeting of RSDC Microfinance on November 15th, When will the Book Close?

Kathmandu : RSDC Microfinance has convened the 10th Annual General Meeting. Annual General Meeting It has been decided to hold the Annual General Meeting on the 15th of November.

The organization has decided to close the book on the 7th of November for the purpose of dividend annual general meeting. This means that only the permanent shareholders till November 6th will be eligible to receive the dividend of this organization and participate in the meeting.

The Assembly will approve the proposed total dividend of 9.0526 percent for the last financial year 2021-2022. This includes bonus shares of 8.60 percent and cash dividend of 0.4526 percent for tax purposes.

The same meeting will approve the decision to maintain the share ownership of the founder of the repayment capital and the general meeting shareholders at 51 percent and 49 percent, respectively, which will be maintained after the distribution of bonus shares.
