Nepal Reinsurance Company and Kumari Bank’s Founder Share Last Day to Fill Today

Kathmandu : Today (November 7) is the last day for the auction of 500 thousand shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company and 530,000 shares of Kumari Bank. Applications can be apply today within the during the office hours.

Nepal Reinsurance Company has opened the auction sale of shares owned by Vishal Group from 7th November. Founder shareholders of the company or other organizations can apply.

A competitive price of at least 277 rupees or more has to be submitted in secret sealed bid. Buyers can apply for a minimum of 1 lakh shares and a maximum of all shares. The application should reach the sales manager of the company NIC Asia Capital at Thapathali Kathmandu.

Similarly, Kumari Bank has opened share auction sale from 31th October. Other persons or organizations including the founder shareholders of the bank can apply for this share.

A competitive price of at least 101 rupees or more must be submitted in secret sealed bid. Buyers can apply for a minimum of 1,000 shares and a maximum of all shares. Applications should be submitted to Sales Manager Kumari Capital at Naxal Kathmandu.
