After seven months, Prabhu Mahalakshmi’s shares are listed in NEPSE

Kathmandu : After seven months, shares of Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life have been listed on NEPSE. The company’s share trading in the secondary market will start tomorrow after seven months.                                                                    Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance is listed on NEPSE today. A total of 40 million 29 lakh 60 thousand shares of Rs.100 face value have been listed in NEPSE in the name of Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life. By today’s decision of NEPSE, the securities listed in the name of Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life and the share transactions withheld for merger purposes have been released.

Earlier Prabhu and Mahalakshmi Life have merged in 1:1 ratio. After completing the merger process, the integrated business has started from 29th of June last in the name of Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life Insurance.NEPSE had stopped Prabhu Life’s share trading from the day the integrated business started.

Mahalakshmi Life was not listed in NEPSE. Prabhu Life’s share price was last traded at Rs.587 before the shares were suspended. Now trading will be opened in the share price of Prabhu Mahalakshmi Life from this price.
