United Modi Hydropower is Issuing Rights Shares, Citizens Capital will play the role of Sales Manager

 Kathmandu : United Modi Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue rights shares. The company has appointed Citizens Capital as the sales manager for this work.

The agreement was signed by Chairman Narendra Ballav Pant on behalf of United Modi Hydropower Limited and Chief Executive Officer Sabir Bade Shrestha on behalf of Citizens Capital Limited.

According to the agreement, the rights shares of United Modi Hydropower Limited will be issued through Citizens Capital Limited in the near future after the general meeting.

“lower Modi-1 Hydropower Project” with a production capacity of 10 megawatts located in Parvat district under United Modi Hydropower Limited has been operational since November, 2012 A.D.
