Global IME Bank brings both Movable and Immovable Properties to an Auction

Kathmandu: Global IME Bank Limited has issued a 15-day notice for mortgage asset auction sale. The bank has announced that it is going to auction the movable and immovable property of the listed borrowers.

Those interested in purchasing the listed property will have to submit a confidential sealed bid subject to the company’s conditions and restrictions. Also, it is mentioned in the notice that the auction process will be suspended if the borrower attends the bank and clears the loan before the auction sale.
