Kumari Bank 23rd General meeting completed, Six Excutive member has Elected from the Meeting

Kathmandu : 11th February, Six Executive member has been elected from the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Kumari Bank Limited.The 23rd annual general meeting of the bank was held on Sunday 11th February 2024 A.D (28 Magh 2080 B.S). at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club in Tundikhel, Kathmandu.

The meeting Amir Pratap Jabara, Vijay Kumar Shrestha (representative of employee accumulation fund) and Pashupati Murarka as executive member from the bank’s founder has electied.

Similarly, Mahesh Prasad Pokharel and Rajaram Khadka have been elected on behalf of the directors of the public group and Simran Agarwal on behalf of women have been elected.

The annual report of the board of directors for the year 2023/2024 A.D (2079/80 B.S), financial statement including balance sheet, profit and loss account,  financial statements for the year proposal of current year 2023/2024 (2079-80 B.S), for appoint an external auditor’s remuneration also passed.
