Brief Details of the 7th Annual General Meeting of Reliable Nepal Life

Kathmandu : The seventh annual general meeting of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has been completed. The meeting was held on 12th of February, 2024 A.D (29th of Magh, 2080 B.S) under the chairmanship of Uday Nepali Shrestha, the chairman of the company.

The regular agendas of the meeting were the consolidated financial statements of Fiscal year 2079/80 B.S of Subsidiary Company Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital including the

4th annual report of the board of directors.

For the first time in the company, the directors of the following companies have been elected unopposed by the general shareholders.
