Star Micro Insurance’s the First Annual General Meeting has Completed
Kathmandu : Star Micro Insurance 1st Annual General Meeting has been completed.
The meeting has passed the decision regarding the issuance of 30% of the company’s paid-up capital to the general public, which has been presented as a special proposal, and has decided to authorize the board of directors for all necessary tasks related to it.
The assembly has discussed and passed the annual report of FY 2079 and 080 as well as the financial statement including the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement and related schedules.
