Half-Dozen companies’ General Meetings held

The meeting of the company declared dividend was start from 11 am today at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur Kathmandu.For the purpose of meeting and dividend distribution, the company has already closed the bank on 16th of Chaitra. In NEPSE, the permanent shareholders till 15th of Chaitra was eligible to attend the meeting and receive dividend.

Sanima GIC Insurance has proposed to issue rights shares worth 50 million rupees equal to 25 percent of the paid-up capital of two billion rupees. The meeting of the company is sitting at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu from 11 am, proposed the rights shares.
