Sanima GIC’s 6th Annual General Meeting has Completed The General meeting has passed the Right shares

Kathmandu: The 6th Annual General Meeting of Sanima GIC Insurance Company has been completed at Amrit Bhog, Kalikasthan in Kathmandu.

The meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of Kunal Kayal, Chairman of the company.In the meeting, the assembly has discussed and passed the annual report of the financial year 2079/80 presented by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.

The meeting approved the appointment of independent directors nominated by the board of directors and made necessary amendments to the articles of association and regulations to increase the company’s issued capital and defaulted capital.

The meeting also issued rights shares worth 500 million Rupees which is equal to 25 percent of the company’s paid-up capital of 2 billion Rupees.Similarly, the meeting passed a resolution to approve the expenditure incurred in the financial year 2079/80, following the Company Act of 105, subsection 1 (c).
