Sun Nepal Life’s IPO Distribution Completed, 7 Lakh 68 Thousand Got Shares

Kathmandu : Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company has completed its IPO distribution to the general public. The sales manager Nepal SBI Merchant Banking distributed the shares on September 1 morning. According to Capital, a total of 1million 4 hundred 66 thousand 8 hundred 62 people applied for the IPO. Out of which 6 thousand 801 applications have been cancelled14 lakh 60 thousand 61 people who are eligible have participated in the Lotary system and distributed shares.

From which 7 lakh 68 thousand people got shares at the rate of 10 shares. The rest of the applicants are left empty-handed. The company had issued 76 lakh 80 thousand shares to the general public from  Aug 17 – 21 The company had issued shares at Rs. 239 per share by adding a premium of Rs.139 to the face value of Rs.100.
