Kathmandu – Marking its 23rd anniversary, MetLife Nepal has introduced the “My Agency App”, a digital platform designed to streamline operations for its agents. The company aims to enhance efficiency, improve customer relationships, and provide agents with a more modern and effective work experience.
The app simplifies lead management by automatically directing leads from various sources to agents, who are promptly notified via SMS. It also enables agents to track lead statuses, view policy details, and access customer information with ease.
Equipped with features like a calendar for managing appointments and follow-ups, the app ensures better organization. Agents can also generate performance reports based on metrics such as location, lead source, and monthly data, supported by real-time reporting capabilities.
MetLife Nepal believes the app will significantly improve agent productivity and foster stronger customer relationships. The integration of tools for team management and work planning is expected to make teamwork more seamless.
