National Life Insurance Organizes Advanced Training to Agents and Marketing Staffs in Kolkata

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Ltd. successfully organized a specialized training program for its agents and marketing staff in Kolkata, in collaboration with the Insurance Institute of India, College of Insurance. The initiative aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in various key areas of the insurance business.

The training was provided to agents and marketing staff from across Nepal who met specific performance targets and qualified for the program. The event was inaugurated by the Principal of the College of Insurance, B.K. Nayak, who welcomed the participants and expressed his gratitude to National Life Insurance for creating this platform.

Mihir Goswami led a session on “Innovative Prospecting,” where he emphasized the importance of new strategies and approaches for achieving success in the insurance sector. Anirban Shah provided insights into the “Business Continuity Cycle,” highlighting methods for tailoring insurance solutions to clients’ needs while maintaining long-term relationships post-sale.

The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to over 400 participants by the college’s principal and trainers. The delegation from National Life Insurance was led by Marketing Department Head Bivek Sharma and Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to receive training from one of the most prestigious institutions in the insurance field. They noted that the program had significantly broadened their knowledge and boosted their confidence in delivering quality services.
