United Ajod Insurance Urges Policyholders to Submit Required Documents for Claim Payment

Kathmandu – United Ajod Insurance Limited has issued a notice urging policyholders to submit the necessary documents for insurance claims filed until June 19, 2024 in order to proceed with payment.

The company stated that while claims were filed on various dates, the documents submitted were incomplete. Due to a lack of communication between the insured parties and the insurance company’s representatives, the claim payment process could not move forward.

United Ajod Insurance has called on the insured to contact the company’s head office, provincial, and branch offices, as well as the assigned loss assessors, within 35 days to submit the required documentation and receive their claim payments.

The company further mentioned that if the insured do not provide the necessary documents and fail to receive payment within the specified time frame, their claim files will be closed.
