– What is SPIL Digi operated by Siddharth Premier Insurance Company?

We think that the way insurance business was run in the past should be changed in a modern way with time and when we think about how we can digitize it, if we make it easier for the customer to pay the claim, it will give mileage to the company and Siddharth Premier has launched an IT base product called SPIL DG that can complete the claim process online so that the customers will be satisfied. Which has been more than a month. It has also received very good response from customers.

– What are the benefits of SPIL DG and how to claim insurance payment?

The advantage of this is that in the past, the need to run to the office of the insurance company to make any insurance claim is over. Putting an end to this problem, the claim process can be done from wherever you are. If any vehicle of any insured has an accident, the insured can register a claim by email if he informs the company as soon as the accident occurs.

As soon as the customer sends the claim details, the customer’s claim is registered and an OTP is sent to the customer’s through the mobile. From that, after the customer has repaired the vehicle, after sending the minimum required documents online, our claim department staff will start the claim process. And on the day or the next day after the customer sends the document, a message will be sent to the concerned customer after submitting the claim and as soon as the customer signs the discharge voucher and sends it along with the bank account details, we can pay the money to the customer’s account on the same day. This also saves time. It is scientific, reliable and trustworthy.

– What kind of insured can take this facility?

We have moved forward to use such a product extensively in the future, which has also received encouragement from the customers. We are doing online settlement for claims up to 50,000 for private vehicles and motorcycles.

In the future, we have expanded it and made more claims online. When the company hears about customer satisfaction, the company gets more encouragement. We have started the process of not only filing claims but also doing other work online. With this, the customer can save time and get the facility.

How much has the insured participated in SPIL DG?

We have processed more than 300 claims in a month through the SPIL DG Claim Portal and paid the claims. All the customers are satisfied with the amount of payment that has been made. It has been found that customers are also surprised by this. This has encouraged us to further expand this area.

– Please tell us something about the claim payment status of Siddharth Premier ?

Last year, Siddharth Premier Insurance paid claims worth 3.8 billion. This year, claims of more than 36 crores have been paid in the months of July and August. The main objective of the company is to satisfy the customer. Currently, the company is paying more than 70 percent of claims. Our target is to further increase it to 80 to 85 percent.

We believe that this will make it easier for the customers. Siddharth Premier Insurance has 130 branches in which customers make claims in all 130 branches. Instead of spending many days in the process of sending documents to the branch for immediate service, the branch gives the documents to the head office. With this digital system, the money goes to the customer’s account immediately after sending the minimal documents.

What should be done to make insurance claim payments more reliable?

This digital system will prove to be very effective in strengthening the trust towards insurance for customers who have a kind of negative perception that insurance is easy but claiming is very difficult. Customers are also benefiting from this.

After the vehicle accident, when the customer comes to the company with the necessary documents, if any document is missing, then the problem of having to go to the customer’s house has also come to an end. After the customer sent the documents to claim online, did the process of proceed or not? Is the document approved or not?
