Shikhar Insurance Urges Policyholders to Submit Pending Claim Documents
Kathmandu – Shikhar Insurance Company Limited has requested insured individuals to submit pending documents for their claim applications filed from December 1, 2024 to February 27, 2025. The company stated that many claims remain unpaid due to incomplete documentation or lack of communication with the insured or their representatives.
To resolve the issue, affected policyholders are advised to contact Shikhar Insurance’s central claims department, regional and branch offices, or the assigned surveyors within the next 35 days.
The company has warned that failure to submit the required documents within this period will result in the closure of the respective claim files.
