Kathmandu : After the grand launch of its new “One By MetLife” app in the insurance sector, MetLife Nepal organized a ‘One By MetLife Mela’ for all its agents. This Fair was organized to reinforces a shared commitment to serving customers and helping them live healthier, longer lives.
Through ‘One By MetLife’ app, MetLife Nepal has brought digital insurance and healthcare services to Nepalese people, which was not done by anyone before. In the fair, MetLife gave information regarding live demonstrations, feature briefings, and hands-on sessions about the app to all the agents of the company.The primary objective of the app was to empower and educate dedicated agents about the transformative features, so that they can guide customers to access state-of-the-art insurance and healthcare services for a healthier and more secure future.
