The Companies Listed by NEPSE are Requested to Pay the Renewal Fee
Kathmandu : Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has asked the listed companies to pay the renewal fee. NEPSE has requested to pay the annual renewal fee of the securities for this financial year.
”If not Paid on time, Companies are Warned Either Penalty or Listing Gets Suspended” It has been informed that the time period to pay the renewal fee for the financial year (2023 A.D) has been extended till the mid of October. NEPSE has warned that if the renewal fee is not paid within the specified time, a fine of 10 percent of the renewal fee will be imposed annually and the listing may be suspended, according to Regulation, 16 of the Securities Listing Regulations, 2020 A.D.
Among the companies listed in NEPSE with a paid-up capital of up to Rs 500 Million, they have to pay a renewal fee of Rs 50 Thousand annually. There is a provision for companies with paid-up capital above Rs 500 MIllion to pay renewal fee of Rs 100 Thousand annually.Similarly, debentures and mutual funds have to pay in terms of size which will be an annual renewal fee of Rs 25 thousand for those up to Rs 500 Million and Rs 50 Thousand for those above Rs 500 Million .
