Crest Micro Life Insurance Lists 7.5 Million Shares on NEPSE
Kathmandu – Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has officially listed 7.5 million units of ordinary shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), paving the way for its debut in the secondary market.
According to NEPSE, the listing includes 2.25 million units issued to the general public through the company’s initial public offering (IPO), along with 5.25 million units held by the company’s founding shareholders.
The company’s shares are scheduled to begin trading on today with a special pre-open session, following which trading will continue in the regular market. NEPSE has set an opening price range of Rs 100.86 to Rs 302.58 for the first transaction.
