Trust Micro Insurance Calls on Policyholders to Submit Pending Claim Documents

Kathmandu – Trust Micro Insurance Limited has issued a notice urging policyholders to submit necessary documents for claims filed from July 16, 2024, to May 29, 2025, stating that incomplete paperwork has stalled the claim settlement process.

According to the company, several claims registered during this period remain unprocessed due to missing documentation or the inability to contact the insured parties. In a public statement released today, Trust Micro Insurance requested all concerned policyholders to reach out to the company with the required documents within the next 21 days.

The insurer has further warned that failure to comply within the given timeframe will result in the closure of the respective claim files, effectively nullifying the possibility of settlement.
