NIMB Ace Capital has been Appointed as the Share Registrar of Citizen Life

Kathmandu : Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has appointed share registrar. The decision of the board of directors of the company has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as the share registrar.

The share registrar will do all the work related to the securities transactions of the company such as keeping records, canceling filings, changing names, withholding, etc.

All the above-mentioned activities of the company will be done by the share registrar from 18th of September.
