Crest Micro Life Insurance Concludes Second AGM in Surkhet

Kathmandu – Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited successfully concluded its second annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday at its registered office in Surkhet.

The AGM endorsed the financial statements, including the annual report for the last fiscal year. It also appointed an auditor for the current fiscal year and fixed their remuneration.

Additionally, the meeting approved a proposal to elect two directors representing general shareholders.
