Annual General Meeting of Federal Reinsurance Brokers held in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu: The second annual general meeting of Federal Reinsurance Brokers Limited, the first public limited company in Nepal, which received a license from the Nepal Insurance Authority, has been provided. The registered office of Assembly Company has been held in Naxal-1, Kathmandu.

In the assembly, Namita Sharma, a resident of Biratnagar-12, Morang, has been appointed as the vacant director from the founding group for the remaining term. In addition, towards the general resolution, the board of directors has passed the resolution to appoint an auditor for the annual report of the chairman, the balance sheet of 2022.023, the statement of profit and loss and cash flow, and for the year 2023.024.

Along with this, the board of directors has been authorized to issue shares to the general public, to merge or merge the company, to bring in foreign partners or investors, and to make necessary amendments to the company’s charter and regulations.
