Today, Bhaitika is Being Eelebrated with Enthusiasm

Kathmandu : Today, the last day of Tihar is being celebrated with gaiety. Bhaitika is celebrated on all five days under Yamapanchak. Sisters are ritually worshiping their brothers. Today, on the fifth day of Tihar, the sisterhood festival is celebrated by sisters and brothers, wishing their brothers long life, health and wealth with respect, faith and loyalty, wearing Pancharangi or Saptarangi tika according to tradition.  It is customary for sisters to inoculate their brothers and give Dakshina to their sisters.

Today, the time of Tika is fixed for 10:51 pm. It is said that the vaccine can be applied throughout the day.
