Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality (Doti District) will Insure all it’s Employees through Sanima Reliance Life
Kathmandu: Ward No-2 of Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality of Doti District is going to provide insurance to the employees. The ward is going to take insurance with the aim of increasing the morale of the employees working in the office as well as making them accountable to the general public.
The ward chairman of Silgadhi Municipality-2, Dipayal has said that it has been decided to provide health insurance to about 80 people which will include ward office staff, teachers and staff of schools within the ward, health workers, staff, ambulance drivers and public representatives.
Also, he said that even if there is an accident after the insurance, his family will get Rs.500,000 for the claim payment.
The ward has also planned to provide insurance to those who have gone for foreign employment. Chairman Khadka informed that those who went for foreign employment will be insured when they come home.
Ward committee has decided to provide health insurance from Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company. According to the age of the employee, the insurance fee will be Rs.1,350 to Rs.2,000 per person.
