20-years-old Biraj provided Insurance policy from his 1st earning in abroad for his mother, on the occasion of her Birthday

Kathmandu : Every people has their own dream and they try to accomplish it through their struggle and capability. Rich people have big dreams and they easily fulfill as well. But for the parents of middle class their children’s bright future is the only dream of every parents. And children also dream about doing something for their parents in future.

Similar story is about Biraj Shrestha from Kathmandu Ichangunarayan, who did not see a future in his country and went to Australia to study. When he was abroad, he always remembered his 45-year-old mother Lisa Shrestha. Biraj, had come to Australia for his studies some time ago, but he wanted to do something for his mother in Nepal so, he thought of getting his mother’s life insurance from the first earnings he earned in a foreign land. Co-incidentally,  his mother’s birthday was also approaching.

On the occasion of his mother’s birthday on Thursday 21st of December, he thought it is best to give a gift an insurance from National Life Insurance Company. So, he made all the necessary procedure to get “Amrit Shri Jeevan Insurance Policy” of National life Insurance policy worth Rs 1 Million Rupees and gave it as a gift to his mother.

Biraj Shrestha, who went to Melbourne, Australia for higher education, said that he gifted insurance policy to his mother by the 1st money he earned by working in Australia in the free time left after his studies. He also said that he wanted to make his mother’s birthday special for which instead of giving her an expensive gift he gave her an insurance policy so that it could bear her risk in Nepal even though he is far from her mother.

Both father Bishnu Shrestha and mother Lisa Shrestha were surprised by the fact that Biraj, who became sensitive towards his mother even during the time of his young age of 20 years old and were proud of his decision of giving a life insurance as a gift to his mother with the money he had saved for his education. He said that he left his mother’s arms and motherland at the age of 20 to find a future but decided to spend his first income earned in a foreign land for his mother.

Biraj expressed his happiness to be able to give a life insurance policy as a gift on his mother’s birthday. He said that after coming to a foreign land, he understood the importance of life insurance, so he bought it thinking that it would be a suitable gift for his mother on her birthday.  He also said that life Insurance will help to bear future risk that comes to her mother regarding any health issues which also plays the vital role as he is not near around her mother in present days.

“I came up with the idea of ​​giving an insurance policy as a gift to my mother on her birthday, while looking at National Life, I chose that company because it is reliable and has a high bonus,” said Biraj in a telephone conversation with Beemapost. Biraj Shrestha  also said that instead of spending various unnecessary expenses on weddings and marriages, giving them life insurance is the best gift as it is the way of providing security and saving money in the form of gift for their relatives future. And also he said that it will help to increase the habit of mandatory saving staying in abroad which is very necessary here.

Biraj arranged the insurance policy through Deepak Kumar Baral, who is the senior agent of National Life. Baral has been active in the insurance sector for almost 20 years.
