Namita Neupane becomes Sanima Reliance’s first TOT winner, committed to empowering women across the country
Kathmandu : Namita Neupane, a social worker from Biratnagar, who made life insurance business an integral part of her life. She has succeeded in becoming the second TOT winner by establishing herself as a strong and established insurance professional in the country within a short period of time.
On the 29th of December, Namita Neupane succeeded in reaching the TOT target. According to the company, TOT became the winner after meeting the target of insurance fee of 25 million 29 thousand rupees set by MDRT of TOT.
Namita, who is currently doing business through Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company, has succeeded in becoming the TOT winner by creating the first history of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance. In a short period of time in the insurance sector, she has become a role model for women across the country by winning MDRT five times, COT three times and TOT twice.
With continuous efforts, hard work and making life insurance a full-time profession, Namita has achieve amazing results by doing excellent work in a short period of time. Namita has been continuously selected in MDRT since 2020 till to now. Similarly, COT 2021, She has won TOT 2022 and 2024. After being the winner of TOT for 2022, Namita, who reached America and participated in the annual meeting, she has succeeded in becoming TOT again for 2024. With becoming the winner of TOT, the international platform of insurance agents, Namita has promised to move forward by enhancing the capacity of women across the country.
Namita Neupane, on behalf of Reliance Life Insurance Company, succeeded in reaching the target of TOT, the international platform of insurance agents. Two years ago she winning the TOT, Namita participated in the program organized in Boston USA to participate in the annual conference of MDRT in the second week of June last year. Namita has achieved a successful goal in TOT for the second time. After achieving the TOT goal of 25 million rupees. Which is the life goal of insurance agents, happily she said, ‘Success will be achieved only through the collective efforts of insurance agents and hardworking leadership skills.
The highest goal of MDRT, an international platform of insurance agents is Top of the Table (TOT). The international platform has three levels MDRT, COT and TOT. TOT is the highest international honor for insurance agents.
TOT winner Neupane committed to respond to reach TOT as a result of the support received from the company and the results of collective work in the team. Also, she expressed her gratitude to everyone working in the team and to the CEO of the insurance company all of the employees. Namita has promised to encourage women across the country to move forward in the insurance business in the future. MDRT is an important platform for increasing the business efficiency of insurance agents. TOT 2024 will be held in Canada next June.
