IGI Prudential’s request to the insured to proceed with the claim process which was incomplete
Kathmandu: IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has requested the insured to speed up the claim payment process. The company has requested to increase the insurance claim payment process up to the fiscal year 2023 A.D.
The company has stated that the necessary documents for the claim payment have not been submitted to the surveyor which have been made by the insured or through their representatives until the mid of July, 2023 A.D.
The company has requested the insured who have not been contacted and who have not submitted the necessary documents to come in contact with the documents within 35 days and proceed with the claim process starting from 9th of Jan, 2024 A.D. The company said that if the documents are not contacted within the specified time, the insurance claim files will be closed.
