National Life Honors 300 Top Agents, Hosts Advanced Training Program
Kathmandu — National Life Insurance Company has honored around 300 high-performing agents who achieved the targets set under its monthly incentive scheme for April/May 2026, alongside organizing a specialized training and recognition program at Hotel Royal Tulip in Lalitpur.
The event was inaugurated by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri, who lit the traditional ceremonial lamp. The program brought together nearly 300 participants, including departmental heads, branch managers, senior business managers, managers, and insurance agents from across the country.
Addressing the gathering, CEO Khatri thanked the regulator, policyholders, agents, and all stakeholders for their contribution to the company’s strong performance during fiscal year 2025/2026. He noted that National Life had delivered outstanding results across key performance indicators, including first-year premium income.
Extending his best wishes for the new fiscal year, Khatri emphasized the company’s commitment to further strengthening its agency network while enhancing customer service and expanding insurance outreach.
As part of the program, internationally renowned insurance trainer Kazim Raza conducted an intensive session for the participating agents, sharing practical strategies and global best practices for achieving the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualification.
The event concluded with an entertainment segment featuring stand-up comedian Suman Karki, musical performances by Ramchandra Kafle and Junu Rijal, a live concert by Deepak Bajracharya & The Rhythm Band, and a DJ performance by DJ Amu, providing participants with an engaging conclusion to the day’s activities.
