Elder sister gifted an insurance policy own her small sister’s wedding in Tokha
Kathmandu : On the occasion of small sister’s marriage, an elder sister has given an insurance policy as a gift.
As soon as festivals and celebrations are mentioned, society tends to waste money on unnecessary feasts and momentary excitement but now-a-days the modern society has started to be seen more civilized and aware of the future.
Along with the changing environment, the practice of gifting insurance policy, which has become inevitable for the future during festivals and celebrations, is also increasing day by day.
As an example of this, at the wedding of Sujata Adhikari, a resident of Kathmandu Tokha municipality ward-2, her elder sister Saru Khatiwada coordinated with Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life and gifted a term life insurance policy worth Rs.500,000 believing that it would become helpful in coming future.
Ram Prasad Khatiwada, agency manager of the company, said that giving an insurance policy as a gift is a positive step and it will help in developing the habit of saving in the society as well as achieve economic prosperity and help in social development as well.
